《12年金马伦之小亨第一次旅行及陈家三代同堂行》- 坤记炭烧鸳鸯生锅海鲜

你猜到了吗？ 没错接下来就是去吃晚餐~ =P

记得上一次来金马伦是去桃源火锅，评价不错，所以这次就决定回巢光顾。谁知道刚好这天没开店，幸亏我早有准备，之前上网看有人介绍坤记，算人头的，一人RM15，就这间吧~

一种汤底的锅是用这种炭烧的，特别吧~ 如果选择两种汤底就是普通的锅。

好多新鲜的菜，鱼，肉，虾，鱼丸，蘑菇，豆腐等等该有的都有。

亨爱吃日本豆腐，粗心的妈妈喂他吃时不小心让他烫到舌头，好可怕的经验~ 下次喂他吃东西真的要非常之无比小心了，要不然肯定人头落地~ =P

冷冷的天气，热热的火锅，始终是绝配~

千里迢迢来到这边，又塞了一个小时多的车，到最后却没有去到每个人去金马伦都会去的夜市场，不过看到亨亨能在陌生的环境睡得香甜的样子，就不计较这么多了~

反正这个遗憾，比起上次去香港迪士尼却没看烟花的那一次，实在是小巫见大巫~

不过本人觉得来金马伦的游客越来越多了，尤其是友族同胞，这个时候又不是学校假期，还是很多车，很多人。还有路过夜市集时感觉这里好像也越来越大型了，也许上一次因为我们住在附近，所以不知道原来要去夜市及火锅街这一带是那么的塞车的。下一次选住宿时也该考量到这一点~

上次来就是住这间，Regency Appartment~ 要去火锅街及夜市场，走路就可以了.

一路上都可见到这种类似的古董载货车。。


晚餐：RM63 平均一人RM15.75，经济实惠。

吃完下午茶已经是大约五时了，我们就出发去第一个景点~ 还没到达目的地，亨亨就睡着了。。。



上次没去过玫瑰山庄，这次就去吧！

原来要给入门票的，难怪人潮不多，比起仙人掌园或茶园等其他景点。

七彩缤纷的玫瑰山庄，看来是新粉刷的~

原来他们有精心设计过这个地方，难怪要收入门票~ 好多东西看，好多东西拍~看来花朵篇要放在另外一篇了~

还有汽车道具让亨亨拍照呢~

Spent RM20 at this place for the entrance fees. This is a place which worth for photo taking. Anyway, there are some cartoons & characters in the centre like Mickey, Donald duck, snow white & seven dharfs which I found not so original. =)

Last, I like this sculpture!
Don't tell me, I don't want to listen. Don't give me, I won't eat! Don't show me, this is something I shouldn't see~

爬上了好多层的阶级后，可以观赏到居高临下，天外有天的风景~ （夸张修辞法）其实也只不过是冰山一角。哈哈~

帮相机换了55-200mm 的镜头后，玫瑰山庄的主角终于出场了~

仓促的逗留了二十分钟左右，幸亏还来得及拍下一些满意的照片。

Since I have lesser chance to go travelling now, this time I decided to choose better accommodations i.e. Heritage Hotel, it was a 4-Star Tudor-style boutique hotel nestled 1,500 metres high on a hill at Tanah Rata. I booked it via ‘Everyday’ which the package comes with 2D1N Superior room With Two Buffet Breakfast at The Rainforest Café+ Scones Tea Set at Vintage Tea Lounge for 2 Persons. The website stated that we can save up to 63% from this deal. We have to pay RM178 only and the original price for this package is RM490.

After the deal period is over, my parent in law decided to follow us for this trip too. Therefore I need to book another room for them. I managed to get RM250nett from www.booking.com for the same package except the scones tea set. Since few times experiences, not the terrible one anyway, I know we couldn’t trust any coupon/vouchers website which quoted how much savings you will get any more. So this time I consider myself got the very good deal since it was about 30% cheaper if excluding the high tea which costs about RM12++. Just the bad thing about this deal is you have to exercise the deal in certain period; it’s not refundable if you didn’t use it as they already charged you up front. Unlike booking online, you can cancel it 2-3 days before and you only need to pay them when you check out the hotel.


As overall, all of us including little Herng love this hotel a lot. Besides the complete facilities, it is surrounded by beautiful sceneries such as tropical forests, spectacular waterfalls and tea plantations.

阔别四年，再次回访金马仑。

撇开小时候和爸爸妈妈姐姐去的那次不谈，长大后的每一次金马仑旅游，都让我留下了难忘的回忆。有03年惊险丰富又独家道地的二人行，08年热闹开心及疯狂的BD team building五人行, 这次呢是陪爱吃士多啤梨的小亨第一次出远门而计划的旅行，所以是托了他的福，我才有机会踏出槟城。要踏出马来西亚，应该还要等很久吧~ 不过，可想而知这次的金马伦之旅算是很珍贵的了。我把它命名为《12年金马伦之小亨第一次旅行及陈家三代同堂行》~

It was a beautiful cloudy Saturday.

We departed on 10.30am. Supposing it takes about 3 hours to reach the destination according to the GPS, but the traffic was damn jam when we exit the Simpang Pulai Toll. Therefore, we only managed to reach Brinchang at around 2.30pm. It took us 4 hours at last.

When we reached, the lunch time is almost over and I didn’t make any survey on where to lunch in Cameron as initially I suggested to stop by Ipoh for lunch. Anyway, we still managed to find this restaurant which was still opening for business. This is my first time be the Cameron trip planner although I have been here for several times, I was so worried that the first meal here will spoil the mood of my family members. Luckily they are satisfied with the dishes here. SWEAT~ Not easy to be the ORGANISER huh!


Sweet & Sour Pork（甜酸炸猪肉）
这个好吃。脆脆炸猪肉加上新鲜的番茄，红椒，黄梨，葱~ 比起槟城的，我喜欢这里的，配料够多又新鲜。


Fried Mix Vegetables （清炒什菜）
这道简单美味。新鲜！伟特说，一间饭店，如果这道最简单基本的菜都做得不好吃的话，其他的菜也不会好到哪里吧。

Steam egg
普通，特地点给小亨吃的，不过他不喜欢。

Steam Sarawak Fish
这道菜叫砂拉越鱼，是一种淡水鱼，可惜厨师无法完全去除掉土腥味，所以味道不佳。为什么淡水鱼会有土腥味呢？网上的解释是说这是因为淡水鱼的生活环境，如鱼塘、湖泊中的腐殖质较多，很适合于微生物的生长，这些细菌会分泌出一种具有土腥味的褐色物质它是通过鱼鳃进入血液中，故食之有土腥味。不过淋了咸咸的酱油汁后还可以接受，至少口感不错，鱼肉细滑肥美。下次叫淡水鱼是要小心这点哦！不知道这辈子我有没有机会尝试‘忘不了’呢？它可是淡水鱼的贵族哦！

想点草莓汁，老板娘说今天草莓不甜，所以没口福了。
