The Second DIY Bag



第二个20公分口金包包在上个星期做好了。

这次工程进展很快,因为没有压线,只用了大约一个星期。


原本想送给家婆的,不过维多利亚说这个包包看起来适合轻熟女,像我这种的,不适合他的妈妈。。


好吧好吧,反正今年没有圣诞礼物,就留下来送给自己好了~ 嘿嘿!





Btw, the clinis's nurse advised me to watch out of my diet as I gained 3.5kg within 6 weeks, and i need to go there to check my blood pressure and weight twice per week....=(





Hence recently I won't do baking so often d and I will concentrate more on DIY sewing~ Waiting to see my next product k? HAppy New Year~

Christmas Party at Yan Yan House...

The mille crepe I prepared on that day...I found the crepe my Executive Chef fried this time is thicker than the first tiem I did...hence affect the taste...anyway, the outlook is nicer due to it is thicker~ I double the ingredients this time.

法式千层蛋糕(Experiment)


是不是很像roti canai???
登登登。。。


这是为了圣诞节而准备的蛋糕,它有蛋糕中的LV的美誉。。
老实说,其实这个并不是很难,也不是很贵,难就难在它不能一气呵成,要等两天两晚才能吃。
为什么呢?
第一夜,面糊做好了要放在冰箱过夜,让它松弛。
第二夜,煎好了可丽饼皮,涂好了奶油馅,又要放冰箱过夜一晚。

试验的结论是,

这个蛋糕是可行的,如果到时要做这个,要做高一点的,因为这次的太低了,只有十四层。

还有奶油馅要加重一些,这个吃起来的味道好像在吃Apong一样。

第一个手作包包









终于终于终于终于终于完成了。。。。
这个包包,对于高人及师傅们来说很简单,两天就可完成。

可是对我这个新手来说,是费了好多好多的功夫,即使不眠不休做两天,也是不可能的任务。。

那我到底用了多久的时间呢?是六个月!!!夸张吧。。不过中间有四个月我是完全把它放置在一旁的,所以应该使用了两个月,扣掉没有动工的天数,也要两个星期。=)

幸亏,赶在圣诞节之前完成,总算可以交货。

在这里,要感谢很多人,

第一当然是我的老师- 格瑞斯及伊雷恩姐妹,接下来就是帮我好大的忙的妈妈,

当然最感谢的还是维多利亚,谢谢他格外开恩,我才可以继续学,不至于半途而废。

受益者是谁呢?她不就是我唯一的妹妹咯~

O Lu Lu Cake


I put very high hope on it after i put it in the oven.

COntinue to play around with my camera .. After 15 minutes my

little sis went to kitchen and checked and shouted:" The cake was burnt!"

Woo Woo Woo Woo... T.T

Too bad too bad to bad!

My Orange poppy seed cake become 'O Lu Lu Cake'!!!

Thought have learned a lesson from last experience, however this time i have repeated the same silly mistake again i.e. to set the lower fire only when bake... Before the cake went in the oven, everything is so smooth and great and the batter just seem

s being equally mixed and surrounded with orange + butter aroma...



The outcome? too shame to share...=P ANyway, luckily inside was just fine, didn't burn, and it taste really delicious, i like this type of utterly moist and slightly crunchy butter cake, don't have much burden after put it into stomach.. Should make it in cup cakes type next time..
