这一篇要介绍的是MieleYo Frozen Yogurt，引领潮流的新一代健康美食，相信住在城市的你我并不陌生吧。可是讲起Frozen Yogurt的华语名，恐怕很多会华语的马来西亚人都不懂吧。好吧，现在就告诉大家，在台湾或中国，他们称Frozen Yogurt为霜冻优格，又称优格冰淇淋、冰冻酸奶、乳果。
虽然我食魔还尚很年轻，但认识我的人都知道我绝对不是个“潮人”，而且我还是个食古不化的传统大男人。对于食物，我坚持原汁原味的传统食物，无“饭”不欢，无“小辣椒”不爱，街边小吃是我的最爱，创新的流行商业化食品我都是能免则免。那么为什么我会在这里介绍这类“潮人食品”呢？这些都是喜多米搞的鬼，她来拜托我，要借我的名来帮她朋友的店做宣传。看在喜多米和Princess Miele的份上，而且卖的是健康食品，就仅此一次，下不为例啦~
Princess Miele 亲手制作的镇店之“钟”
其实这家店算是槟城霜冻优格业的鼻祖之一。2011年七月开业过后不久，很多品牌也很快地涌上来抢市，所以这家店的老板可说是有眼光，以爱之名，付诸行动来开创了这家以Princess Miele为主题的创意健康食品店。
环境舒服宽敞，结合现代与梦幻的概念。制作霜冻优格的过程严谨，配料新鲜，据说店主和一群朋友们在每个周末私底下研究了食谱一年多，再加上开业至今一年，味道品质不断提升，光临多次后，食魔觉得这里的霜冻优格已无可挑剔了。蛋糕方面，虽然不是自家制作的，种类不多，但胜在是Homemade的，只要新鲜，就一定好吃！

总结：要我评分的话，有点难，因为我没吃过别家的霜冻优格，无从比较，所以这次不打分。

霜冻优格，它是一種冷凍，优格制的甜食，主要成分是新鲜优格，低脂牛奶及水。 口感上與冰淇淋綿相似，另外带点优格的酸味。与传统冰淇淋不同的地方在於，霜冻优格拥有较低的脂肪以及較冰淇淋低的熱量，主因其以新鲜优格取代奶油。
霜冻优格起源於1970年代美国东北部，起初以"Frogurt"之名现身。国际较出名的品牌为Pinkberry, Red Mango及Yogen Fruz有其点餐方式為有店员服务的方式，通常价位较高，但有较完善的服务；另外一种為自助式的，例如Yogurtland、Tutti Frutti ，其自助模式可依自由喜好選擇搭配。（在本地出名的呢有Tutti Frutti, Fruuze, Jco，Moo Cow等等）
因为具有健康、低热量的特性，霜冻优格被视为Ice cream的替代品，近年在韩国、美国、香港等地的年轻人中已形成一股风潮。

ii) as a typical accountant, i am sensitive towards the price. No matter how nice is the food, i will only pay a visit if the price is fair. Indicate the price in ur entry, provides additional info to the readers, and it also serves as a tool for u to keep track of the inflation from time to time

Deletei feel it's abit pricey but I'll go for a try. I tried tutti fruity before and I like due to the sour taste but again, it's pricey. Can't try it often :p food promo lor. nice pics too, wei wei!!
ReplyDeleteNo doubt the froyo's price is on the high side, probably due to the high rental as mostly they are located in the prime area. For me, I won't simply step in for the froyo only, I will say this is the place more suitable for gathering & celebration. =)
DeleteFyi, mieleyo is slightly affordable than the one u tried. At least you will know the price up front. =P
