Ming Garden

My first visit to Ming Garden. This is the longest lunch I ever had, we took 3 hours to taste the dishes below:- ·

- Fatt Choy” Salmon Yee Sang
· Phun Choy
· Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with crab meat
· Steamed Red Snapper Fish with soya sauce
· Chinese Sausage Fried Rice
· Stir fried noodle
· Dessert - Red bean soup

Hence, you can imagine how slow & sluggish their service is, perhaps this is only during CNY period.

Overall, I found the food is nice (8.5/10) expecially the phun choy, though the fish was failed due to half cooked (=.=).
